Project Overview
Work was scheduled in batches. Hoods, exhaust ducts, fans and electrostatic purifiers were dismantled and cleaned to remove stubborn grease and restore draft efficiency. The whole process was recorded; a cleaning report with before/after photos was issued and passed re-inspection by hygiene and fire-safety authorities.
